AeroInfraStratgiX Flagship:
Global Executive Program in Aviation Management

Shaping Tomorrow’s Aviation & Infrastructure Leaders

The Global Executive Program in Aviation Management is AeroInfraStratgiX’s premier initiative, crafted with world-class universities and industry leaders to develop visionary aviation executives. As India rises to become the world’s third-largest aviation market, the program equips mid- and senior-level professionals from airlines, airports, and regulators with cutting-edge expertise in strategy, safety, sustainability, CNS/ATM, and leadership. Spanning five months, it combines two weeks of intensive classroom learning in India with a one-week international study tour at leading aviation hubs. This flagship program builds the next generation of aviation leaders, enabling them to drive innovation, strengthen safety, and lead India’s aviation growth on the global stage.

OTHER PROGRAMMES

Aviation Insurance &
Asset Valuation Workshop

In collaboration with AeroInfraStratgix

India’s aviation ecosystem is experiencing rapid growth, marked by expanding fleets, complex financing structures, and increased exposure to operational and financial risk. As aircraft ownership models evolve and cross-border operations intensify, a strong understanding of aviation insurance and asset valuation has become essential for informed decision-making.

The Aviation Insurance & Asset Valuation Workshop is a focused executive program designed to build practical capability in aviation risk management, underwriting fundamentals, claims assessment, and aircraft valuation across the asset lifecycle. The workshop draws on global frameworks such as the Cape Town Convention, IFRS 16, and ICAO guidance, while addressing India-specific regulatory and market considerations.

Delivered through expert-led discussions and real-world case insights, the program brings together professionals from airlines, leasing companies, insurance firms, financial institutions, airport operators, and regulatory bodies. Participants gain clarity on risk allocation, valuation methodologies, and emerging trends linked to aviation finance and leasing.

This workshop strengthens institutional readiness and supports the development of resilient, transparent, and globally aligned aviation insurance practices in India.

Workshop on Public–Private Partnerships (PPP)

Greenfield & Brownfield Airports

The PPP Workshop on Greenfield and Brownfield Airports, curated by AeroStratgix, is a specialised capacity-building program designed to support India’s rapidly expanding airport infrastructure ecosystem. As India accelerates airport development, privatization, and asset monetisation, this workshop equips stakeholders with the practical knowledge and global best practices required to structure, evaluate, and implement successful airport PPP projects.

The program provides a comprehensive understanding of PPP frameworks across the airport lifecycle—from project conception and feasibility to bidding, financing, operations, and long-term asset management. It differentiates clearly between greenfield airport development and brownfield airport expansion and monetisation, addressing their distinct policy, financial, regulatory, and risk considerations.

Key focus areas include:
   •    Airport PPP models and concession structures
   •    Risk allocation and bankability assessment
   •    Airport economics, revenue models, and non-aeronautical monetisation
   •    Regulatory and contractual frameworks
   •    Financing, investor engagement, and dispute management
   •    Global benchmarking and Indian case studies

Delivered through expert-led sessions, real-world case discussions, and interactive group exercises, the workshop is designed for government officials, airport authorities, developers, investors, lenders, consultants, and regulators.

The program can be offered as a standalone workshop or an executive training module, with optional collaboration from global airport bodies such as American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and International Association of Airport Executives (IAAE) to ensure alignment with international standards and best practices.

This workshop enables participants to design resilient, bankable, and future-ready airport PPPs—supporting India’s vision for sustainable, globally competitive aviation infrastructure.
